Thought I'd share this being a big fan of progressive freestyle, here is Kilian Martin who rides for Powell Peralta. Killian is a great freestyler a rad mix of old school and new school with his own twist. You can see the Rodney Mullen influence in his skating. The new generation of modern freestyle. Directed by Brett Novak. These two have been collaborating and making these amazing videos. This is ALTERED ROUTE, Enjoy.
These photos are from the D*FACE Going Nowhere Fast show at Corey Helford Gallery Culver City in 2011. The highlight was the mural in the empty parking lot on the side of their building, which today is hidden because there is a new building built up against that wall. D*FACE has since painted a new mural on the new building. Here are some of my photos from that show, lost some along the way.

This is a frame from the video from director Beagle of his dog Murdy doing some cool things on his skateboard, It's a very cool piece if you like dogs and skateboarding. And props to Murdys great balance. You can watch all the Redirect videos at theberrics.com

Before Banksy there was Blek le Rat from Europe. Blek le Rat was one of the first to use stencils to make his public graffiti art. He became famous for creating a life size rat that he stenciled running along the streets of Paris for two years. His method of using stencils and spray paint changed street art to what it is today influencing street artists from Shepard Fairey to Banksy. Here are some photos from the Blek le Rat show at Shepard Fairey's Subliminal Projects Gallery in LA in April 2008.
